Yearly more than 2 million pilgrims from around the world — mostly Costa Ricans participated in the pilgrimage honoring the Virgen de los Ángeles, Costa Rica’s patron saint. They walk for days or weeks, often on their knees from every corner of the country to colonial capital of Cartago to the Basílica Nuestra Señora de los Ángeles.
Collaborating with a wonderful team of film makers, photojournalist and researchers to create a documentary about The Standing Rock/Dakota Access Pipeline Conflict in North Dakota. Please like and follow the above link to follow our journey as we talk with the people involved in this conflict.

Photographer Donna Kennedy will be returning to the Babbitt Public Library Art Gallery as the currently featured artist on November 4th. New images will highlight graffiti art from Central America and Europe. Where the Streets Have No Name Exhibit images are part of a growing body of work, Blocked Images featuring the urban landscape of graffiti art contrasting with classic and traditional architecture. Where the Streets Have No Name Exhibit will feature images from the streets of Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Germany and the Czech Republic.
